BNVS Dalian was established in May 2012 with joint efforts of Dalian Federation of Trade Unions, Dalian Communist Youth League Committee, Dalian Workers’ College, Dalian Youth Development Foundation and BNVS Board. The school replicated BNVS’ charitable all free vocational education model.
